Why Train with Neuro Parent Path?

Training with me is an invitation to feel more confident, connected, and calm in your parenting journey. I provide personalised training for your family, which supports understanding of why behaviours are present and provides practical tools you can implement into your routine with ease. All my training is designed to meet you where you are, helping you to strengthen your connection with your child and trust in your own parenting ability.

Understanding Sensory Needs (under 5’s)

This training gives you clear tools, real-life examples, and support to feel more confident in how you respond to your child’s needs.

This training will help you most if your child seems easily overwhelmed, always on the go, or struggles to settle.

You’ll learn how your child’s sensory system works, how it affects their behaviour, and how to spot signs of sensory overload or under-responsiveness.

I’ll show you practical ways to help your child feel calmer and more regulated at home, using everyday routines, play, and simple changes to your environment.

Relax, you don’t need special equipment or expert knowledge, just a willingness to learn and try things out.

Sensory Foundations (Over 5’s)

As children grow, their sensory needs can shift, but challenges with focus, emotional outbursts, or “big feelings” often remain.

This training helps you understand how sensory processing affects behaviour in older children, and what you can do to support them at home and in daily life.

You’ll learn how to spot signs of sensory overload, under-responsiveness, and sensory-seeking behaviours, and get practical strategies to help your child feel more settled and in control.

We’ll cover routines, movement, environment, and how your presence can make a big difference even during tricky moments.

I will provide you with clear tools and support to help you feel more confident and connected to what’s going on with your child.

Limited food intake and/or fussy eating.

This is a beginner-friendly session with practical tips, real-life examples, and space for your questions.

This training is for you if mealtimes feel stressful, your child avoids whole food groups, or you’re stuck in a cycle of beige and bland.

We’ll look at why some children are extremely selective with food, including sensory sensitivities, emotional factors, and developmental needs and how to support them without pressure or overwhelm.

You’ll learn simple strategies to reduce mealtime battles, build trust, and gently expand your child’s diet over time.

This is a beginner-friendly session with practical tips, real-life examples, and space for your questions.

The Exhale Programme for Parents:

A space to soothe your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and feel held.

Exhale is a space I have created, just for parents and carers.

This is your reminder that loving yourself is the first step in supporting those you love. You cannot pour from an empty cup, and it is important to prioritise the settling and soothing of your own nervous system too.

Alongside my clinical training, I’m also a practitioner of Reiki, Tibetan bowl sound healing, and I am a registered Qigong instructor. I offer this to parents not as extras, but as essentials, because when your nervous system is supported, your capacity to care, connect, and respond expands.

Whether you’re navigating sensory differences, emotional intensity, or the daily overwhelm of parenting in general. I offer spaces where you can exhale, reconnect with yourself, and feel truly held.

Please reach out to me for information if you feel called to or click the button below to find out more.

**Please note: Exhale is designed purely for parents. By signing up, you agree to receive information and events dedicated to parents from Josephine Lee, and the Neuro Parent Path. You can unsubscribe at any time you please.

Parenting a neurodivergent child can feel like navigating a world that wasn’t built with your family in mind.

At Neuro Parent Path, I offer one-to-one coaching that honours your lived experience and helps you feel more confident and connected, without judgment, jargon, or overwhelm.

My coaching sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Together, we explore what’s really going on beneath the surface of your child’s behaviour, so you can respond with clarity, compassion, and practical tools that actually work in your daily life.

Whether you’re facing school struggles, sensory challenges, or emotional meltdowns, I’ll help you:

· Understand your child’s nervous system and what they’re communicating through their behaviour

· Build connection-first strategies that reduce stress and increase cooperation

· Strengthen your own confidence and trust in your parenting instincts

This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s personalised, presence-based support that centres your child’s needs and yours.

Supporting your child means supporting the education environments they spend time in. My school and nursery consultations are designed to bridge the gap between home and educational settings so your child can feel safe, understood, and supported wherever they are.

Whether you're navigating education, health and care plans (EHCPs), sensory needs, or behavioural concerns, I work alongside you and your child’s educators to create practical, personalised strategies that honour your child’s unique profile.

These consultations help:

· Translate your child’s needs into clear, compassionate support strategies for education staff

· Build collaborative relationships between families and settings, rooted in trust and shared understanding

· Reduce overwhelm by offering actionable, evidence-informed recommendations that feel doable and practical for a classroom.

You know your child best. I’m here to help schools and nurseries see what you see and respond with care so that your child can reach their full potential.
